Baguio Public Market

- The city market is known for being the ‘melting pot’ of the Cordillera. It is where you can find all the variety of products from different cities, it has wet goods section selling fresh and processed meats plus fish and seafood from the lowland provinces.
- It was established as the main point of trade in Baguio in 1913.
- The land title has an area of 77, 770 square meters but in 1960’s the 4,672 sq. m. was leased to the Baguio Hilltop Enterprises to build the Hilltop Hotel while the 5,000 sq. meters was leased to build the Maharlika Livelihood Center.

Jollibee Session Prime

- Jollibee Session Prime was the first ever Jollibee franchise that was established here in Baguio in 1990.
- It became a little gesture of hope to the citizens of Baguio because it is also one of the structures that withstand the 1990’s earthquake.
- After 29 years in service, the branch decided to close on March 1, 2019.
Skyworld

- Skyworld is one of the iconic ukay-ukay center in Baguio city. It is located in Lower Session Road, Baguio City, fronting Prime Hotel and City Center Hotel.
- This commercial center used to be one of Baguio’s primitive shopping center who also did not survive the 1990’s earthquake. It was a 10-storey floor that fell out on the property. Afterwards, it was immediately rebuild by the government of Baguio.
Bombay Bazaar

- One of the biggest department store that owned by Indian businessmen. It was patronized of people in Baguio through the years.
- It was also damaged by the earthquake. The whole building were slowly hammered and dismantled only by hand.
- After the ruins, the property were sold and it was now a restaurant.
Pines Theater

- The Art-Deco style cinema was built in June 21, 1947.
- It has been renamed as the “Pines Arcade” that became a mini store.
- On November 5, 2018, the cinema was covered by fire.
- Currently, a pharmacy store was built beneath the building.
